Kirk Larsen & Ascanius is a modern, full-service law firm with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Esbjerg, Herning and Skjern, Denmark, as well as an office in Nuuk, Greenland. The firm was established in 1973 and has developed exclusively through organic growth.
With approximately 125 employees, including 57 lawyers, we provide high-level legal advice to businesses in Denmark and internationally. Our clients include entrepreneurs, ports and harbours, financial institutions, and local as well as public authorities. Our approach is business-oriented and, in addition to conventional legal work, we offer clients significant added value by being actively involved at the negotiation table.
Each client is assigned a dedicated contact person who will ensure swift and efficient handling of the matter from start to finish. We aim to respond to emails and telephone enquiries within 24 hours and, if considered reasonable and justified, to provide advice within the same time frame.
