With this move, DA Lawyers in Madrid, Spain strengthens its Corporate, Litigation and Real Estate departments and creates a new White Collar Crime defense department with the incorporation of four new partners and nine professionals
Santiago Fernández Lena, an expert in Corporate Law and Corporate Restructuring, will join the Corporate department. Miguel Ángel Hortelano, an expert in civil litigation and arbitration will join the Litigation department; Álvaro Gutierrez, an expert in urban planning, public and private contracting will join Real Estate, and Marta García, a qualified Compliance Officer and GRC Auditor, will lead the new White Collar Crime Defense Department.
