Shivendra also has significant experience in inbound investments and franchising, assisting foreign entities in establishing and expanding their presence in India. His practice further includes advising boards and management on compliance, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation. He has worked across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, financial services, technology, and infrastructure.
