PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Pedro´s professional activity is mainly dedicated to corporate and contractual matters with significant involvement in litigation related to commercial disputes and civil liability.
He has an extensive experience in advising national and multinational clients in their operations in Venezuela, specifically in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
He has developed an active practice in the field of investment protection working with the firm’s Tax and Labor departments.
He has been, and is, a member of several Boards of Directors of important companies or business groups in Venezuela such as Smurfit Kappa Cartón de Venezuela, C.A., Dominos Pizza Venezuela; Orinoco Iron, Winera Packaging Company, among others.
