• financing
• securities markets
• contract law
Matti also acts as an advisor to the management and as a secretary of the Board of Directors of several client companies Publications:
• A number of expert articles on corporate governance and Board work
• Co-author of books “Yrityksen käytännön lakiasiat” (WSOY 2004; “Company law in practice”) and “Osakassopimukset” (WSOY 2007; “Shareholders’ Agreements”)
