As lead Partner in the Commercial and Corporate Law Department of Gleeson McGrath Baldwin LLP, my experience is in all aspects of the law that intersect with issues related to business and in particular intellectual property. I represent a large and diverse group of owner managed companies and international corporate groups in the manufacturing, leisure and entertainment industries. I advise on contracts, corporate structures and governance, acquisitions, financing and ultimately disposals.
With direct experience in broadcasting I have been an invited guest on local and national radio and television. I have published in the fields of intellectual property, presented at international conferences and have practical experience working with many people from the creative and cultural community having moderated and participated on panels, particularly at music industry symposium. I assist many artists in the development of their career and am a registered TM agent.
