Expertise:
- As a registered Trade Mark Attorney, David leads the Intellectual Property practice for Pointon Partners.
- As well as providing specialist advice on intellectual property matters, David is able to provide expert advice on a wide range of commercial transactions, such as structuring, tax advice, sale of business transactions, trusts and superannuation matters, joint ventures, banking and finance issues, and commercial property matters.

- David is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand and Victorian Society for Computers and the Law.
