LAWorld and TMF Group are delighted to confirm a new collaboration agreement has been agreed between both global organisations.

TMF Group provides accounting, tax, payroll, fund administration and legal entity management services essential to businesses around the world. They provide clients with local professional expertise where it is needed most. With a team of over 11,000 people, in more than 125 offices across 87 jurisdictions, TMF Group is now available to LAWorld members and their clients, through a special partnership agreement.

LAWorld is a non-exclusive international legal network of almost 70 independent mid-sized law firms covering most major commercial centres around the world with more than 1450 lawyers across 100 cities, LAWorld´s mission is to provide clients and other lawyers with instant access to quality local legal advice virtually anywhere in the world and our members have significant experience providing a broad range of legal services.

TMF Group provided CERTA with 3 successful leads regarding employment contract, CLA and pension advice. The first successful lead from LAWorld to TMF Group came in the beginning of 2025 from Sweden regarding process agent services that TMF Group provides. The most recent deal came from Portugal to TMF Group for Tax and HR and Payroll services. Another 24 leads were shared amongst each other and currently 12 are still in the pipeline with more to come!”
