Sanchez Fischer Levine, LLP is a business law firm focused on assisting clients with their international legal disputes and complex commercial transactions. With offices in four major U.S. cities and a team of diverse, multicultural, and multilingual attorneys licensed to practice in law in a variety of jurisdictions, our law firm has the reach and ability to assist our global clientele with their U.S.-based legal needs.

Our team of legal practitioners is comprised of experienced litigators, veteran trial lawyers, high-stakes transactional attorneys, former prosecutors, and former in-house counsel, all of whom work together to provide first-rate representation to our clients. We strive to be efficient and effective in our practice, identifying specific goals and clearly communicating expectations. We are aggressive and we think outside of the box, as we recognize that many different roads can take our clients to their desired destination.

We represent small, mid-sized, and large businesses, including start-ups, industry leaders, S&P 500 companies, and corporate enterprises focused on emerging technologies. We represent local governments, municipalities, and associations, as well as foreign entities doing business in the United States. And, we represent people, including high-net-worth individuals, professional athletes, entertainers, artists, innovators, investors, and blue-collar workers. Our clients come from every corner of the world and speak different languages. Many are familiar with our judicial system, yet others are unaccustomed to U.S. rules, procedure, and law. Nonetheless, we aim to educate our clients on the process and keep them apprised of the progress of their legal matter. Our goal is to keep our clients connected to their case so that they may make informed, calculated decisions about strategy and potential resolutions.

RC Law LLP was established in January 2017 in New York and Miami by Xavier Ruiz, following over two decades of practice in some of the world’s leading law firms, including Baker & McKenzie, K&L Gates, and Holland & Knight. Mr. Ruiz’s extensive experience also spans legal practice in Spain and Argentina. Since its inception, RC Law has organically expanded by welcoming a cadre of skilled attorneys from diverse backgrounds.

In August 2021, RC Law combined with Sanchez Fischer Levine LLP, a Miami-based firm renowned for its expertise in complex commercial litigation, corporate investigations, white-collar crime, and international arbitration. This strategic alliance operates under an ‘Of Counsel’ arrangement, uniting the two firms under shared best practices and resource pooling. This integration has broadened our presence with offices now in Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Orlando, and Ft Lauderdale, Florida. Our attorneys are licensed to practice across California, Washington DC, Florida, Illinois, New York, Texas, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, and Spain, enhancing our ability to manage a variety of legal challenges across multiple jurisdictions.

We like to partner with our clients and to be regarded as their “trusted advisors” in addition to their legal counsel. We often go beyond rendering legal advice and assist clients in the development of their business policies and strategies.

We know that clients want their counsel to be “hands on” and not lose control over the matters entrusted to them because of work delegation or otherwise. We understand well that clients are concerned about overstaffing and especially about the common “pyramid” structures at large law firms which often have unnecessary layers of lawyer review. Our size and approach to lawyering help ease those concerns. We are equipped to provide personalized and efficient legal support.

We are also sensitive to the clients’ concerns about legal costs and are ready to share the risks (and rewards) with them. We are open to consider a variety of alternative fee arrangements and, in certain circumstances, to provide free consultation.
