Eagle Yang has been being engaged in legal services in foreign investment, cross-border investment and financing and M&A, funds, etc. since the beginning of his career as a lawyer in 2008. He has an internship experience with Harper Macleod in UK and Adams & Reese in the U.S., and has a deep understanding of different ways of thinking, work, customer service, and the culture and outlook of value that foreign lawyers have in international law firms. Eagle has established close cooperation with many large law firms in the "Belt and Road" countries, developed countries in Europe and the U.S., and LAWorld (an international network of law firms). He can provide clients with "one-stop" high-quality legal services by integrating domestic and overseas resources.

Over many years, Eagle has provided legal services for cross-border investment and financing and M&A projects of Fortune 500 companies and large Chinese and foreign companies, such as Walmart Inc., BASF SE, Honeywell, LafargeHolcim, Pilatus, Sumitomo, Iveco, ChangAn Ford, Bosai Group, Chongqing Yufu Assets Management Group Co., Ltd., Huayu Group, Sichuan Provincial Investment Group Co., Ltd, Kangda Environment Protection, and Huya Inc; for example, in the project of investment made by BASF SE in the amount of RMB 8 billion in Chongqing, and the acquisition project of Bosai Group that invested nearly RMB 1 billion to purchase the Guyana Manganese Incorporated,GMI.
