The LAWorld member law firm from Seattle, USA, Betts, Patterson & Mines, P.S. today announced that they have re-elected Lawrence Gottlieb to another three-year term as the firm’s Managing Shareholder. Gottlieb will oversee the more than 60 attorneys and support staff through the year 2015.
“BPM has flourished during Larry’s three years as managing shareholder. Larry worked as a football coach before becoming a lawyer, and he uses those skills to lead, and manage, the growth of the firm and its employees. We look forward to continued progress in his coming term,” Christopher Tompkins, member of the firm’s Management Committee said in a statement.
Gottlieb joined Betts Patterson Mines as a director in 2006 and was elected the firm’s Managing Shareholder in 2009. Along with his re-election as Managing Shareholder, Gottlieb serves on the BPM Management Committee and is a member of the Insurance Coverage Practice Group.

Gottlieb has been practicing law in the Seattle area since 1991. Specializing in insurance coverage law, he works primarily for the insurance industry throughout the Pacific Northwest as an advisor, trial lawyer, and appellate advocate in the areas of first-party coverage, general liability coverage, professional liability coverage, and extra-contractual liability claims. He also represents policyholders in the defense of various types of complex liability and damages claims.
